Need your input............

I am looking for suggestions on how to maintain my weight once I reach my goal (15 lbs. to go :bigsmile: ) I currently go to the gym and want to lose that last 15 and that's it, just tone up after that. I am afraid that I have been eating so differently to lose weight that I will continue to lose and I don't want that.........any suggestions?!?

  • just try to remember the foods you eat now that you are dieting, and without adding many more calories, try to maintain your regiment even after you reach your goal. Moderation !!! Its the cure!!! (I wish you luck, and me as well!!)

    I was wondering about that to. I need to hit 129 to be good and i just went to Google and put in how many calories to maintain my weight. It gave me a few links and I sorta just average it :0 good luck

    Stick with it...great going to the gym! I've finally reached my goal..go to the gym regularly and love it. I agree that finding the balance is key. This site helps a lot..I actually find I've had to add calories to maintain since I'm burning off so much more. It's a bit of a challenge, but gets easier with time. Good luck!
