I LOVE running at night- I used to go when I lived in town. But being a single mom, living in the country with only one lane county roads at my disposal... not so much! And predawn? Fahgetaboutit!! LOL I already have to be up at 5 M-F to get my son up and to practice by 6. My few sleep hours are precious! haha

For me personally I never think anything but "Man, way to go!" no matter when or where I see someone running. I'm having the same issue, except my appetite is just about null. I eat lots of chicken and veggies and eggs, but not carbs(my carb intake is far less than 40 on an average day) . I LOVE pizza... like LOOOOVE it. If I was superman, it would be my kryptonite. So when I crave it really bad I get pepperoni and cheese and pop in the toaster oven. :frowning: LOL Not much better on the fat front but wayyyyyy better on the carbs.

Liars and any form of dishonesty. Arrogance I can deal with, confidence(even over-confidence) I can deal with. I can even at least debate someone who has prejudicial thoughts/behaviors and SOMETIMES make them see things in a different light. But you can't reason with a liar, and it causes many other problems along the way.

I had gone black, but now I am going back to blonde- but I change my hair all the time too.. it has nothing to do with weight loss for me personally.
