I do this too! I buy spinach and other salad ingredients and make them on Sunday, take it all to work on Monday...and include a lean protein in my lunch, either tuna, low fat cottage cheese, and greek yogurt. I also make sure I have a snack that I can woof down(literally, in the morning, so I am not ravenous when lunch…

I have had two! It is good to know it can be done:)

I had Mirena and it killed my libido! I have a friend who is two years younger than I and she has the same problem. I had mine removed and tubes are tied. Once the IUD was gone, it returned:)

I am from central Illinois as well....about an hour south of Springfield:) Add me if you would like:)

Remarkable!! It is sad that not everyone has your will power!

You have come to the right place for love and support! Get and stay involved as you can and this will become another family for you! Add me if you would like:)

So true! It is everywhere! I would stay away unless you can turn away from the temptation. It is hard! Buena Suerte!

WOW! You are truly inspirational! Thank you for sharing:)

Thanks for saying this! This is exactly what I was thinking. Encourage her. I am sure she would love it if you would cook..maybe you could become the main cook in the house, taking old favorites, and make them healthier. I went through this with my husband when I first jumped on the bandwagon almost 10 years ago. Needless…

If you are not in agreement with the number of calories, you can change them under settings to what you think they should be. You need to consume at least 1200 per day to keep your body from going into starvation mode.

I would have to agree with the others...it is most likely sleep deprivation. i know when I don't sleep enough, it kills my loss. However, have you considered getting your thyroid checked out? Having a thyroid that is out of whack can cause the inability to lose weight. I am a Special Education teacher and used to do…

WOWZERS!!! You are looking FANTASTIC!!! What about exercise?
-
It is good for you, helps keep you regular and clean out the gunk in your gut. It is super good for you!! I have read the book, "This is Why you are Fat and How to Stay Thin Forever," by Jackie Warner, a super health nut, and she recommends that you eat a cup a day along with 2 eggs. Both of the previous listed foods are…

It is just part of losing weight. You are losing part of your thermal layer...your body is used to having a thicker layer of fat:) It is not uncommon for myself to have the chills a couple nights a weekkk:)

There are some super yummy looking recipes on here! I cannot wait to try some!

Thanks ladies for the encouragement. I have high standards for myself. My philosophy is I am the only one who can change me. If I can run a half-marathon then I can breast feed. I know with WW they had you eat about 500 more calories a day. I think I am going to make my settings to lose 1 lb a week. If I feel like I am…

I agree with all of the above. Log EVERYTHING!!! I try to stick to whole grains, fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and nuts. Find an exercise you LOVE!!! The more you have to lose, the faster it will go. At least eat 1200 calories a day...or your body will think it is starving itself:) Good luck!
-
I agree with the above. I would set my lifestyle as active and not log the steps as exercise.

Awesome job! Please don't get discouraged next week:)

I Phone 4...and I miss it! I dropped it and cracked the screen on it. I can't wait to get it back. This HTC Facebook phone isn't cutting it:noway:

I am 28 and was married when I was 21. We had our first child when we were 23 ( a surprise from God). I had lost some weight from my heaviest, but wasn't working out. I gained 30 lbs and I lost it all within 6 weeks. Well, I wanted to get done with school (my bachelors) and get a job and sustain it. Well, I decided to…

I love the salt idea! I have pretty well weaned myself off of soda. It isn't good for you, diet or regular. It does carbonate your blood if you drink too much of it (Yuck). I do have one every once in a while. Since I am prego, I really don't want one...so hopefully it will stay that way:)
