  • Ummmm so I definitely know what you are talking about!!! Old Navy doesn’t work for me unfortunately with the rolling issue
  • I have it set to lose 1lb/week. I used to average 5000 steps a day, which is why I have it set to sedentary, but lately it’s been closer to 10000 (including my daily cardio), today was just a little extra busy...So should my setting be lightly active?
  • Hey! I could definitely use a support group! I started NS 5/22 for the first time... I did lose initially almost 6 pounds on the fast five... but I gained like 2 back already... and unfortunately ever since then I've been cheating bad
  • I had gotten the fitbit force for Christmas and used it for about a month before I realized it wasn't very accurate...I think this is because it's on your wrist...It would add on crazy amounts of steps while riding in the car for long drives and any vigorous activity with your arms (i.e. scrubbing counters etc,) would…
  • I'm on day 9 of the 21 day fix, I have to say I am eating a lot more healthy than I ever have in my life! 21 day fix also teaches portion control. I like the exercises, however with my fitbit synching it doesn't really capture what I am doing so I believe I lose out on exercise calories boo :( Also it definitely decreases…
  • Thanks everyone for the advice.. I will try slowing down and get new shoes! I also may see a podiatrist too!!
  • I run a 10 minute mile... so 6/mph... I got fitted with a pair of Asics at running store about a year ago and in Jan I went to ****s sporting goods and brought my old Asics in... they gave me a pair they said that were the same kind.... what do you mean by winging it?? I guess... I mean how am I winging it if I'm adding…
  • Good point!
  • No this is accounted for in your activity level you chose! Anything you don't do on a routine basis (for example you start running) you would add
  • Um... so I just weighed myself again... with clothes on...and I'm down 2.2lbs....so crazy
  • I'm thinking about getting rid of my scale.... because I easily get disgruntled as well! I'm so glad I didn't have my usual full out binge this time and was able to stop myself early enough today....I'm curious if you go by measurements or just by how you feel.... like I said...I felt so much happier\better about myself…
  • And correct me if I'm wrong... I don't add extra calories the days I workout because that's already been factored in...
  • Thanks for your help... I went to that website and it says tdee is 2276 so... I then subtract at the most 25% to see how many calories I should eat to lose weight??
  • Ok so I found out what that abbreviation stands for but how do you do that method
  • What is TDEE method... I keep seeing this abbreviation
  • That is totally me on a restricted diet hahaha....
  • Just have to say.....I love this answer!!
  • Thanks everyone! I guess I am trying to make a lifestyle "diet" I've tried clean eating/carb restriction in the past... and I just feel like its so unrealistic for me to eat that way for the rest of my life!! Unfortunately I have the "perfectionist" problem... where it has to be perfect when I restrict or its not going to…
  • Technically steroids themselves don't cause weight gain..... they make you hungry which results in overeating causing weight gain :(
