  • Sodium is important you train so you sweat plus sodium and potassium goes together i don't limit it i'm a runner and my heart beat is 55 per munute and high pressure no at all,sure 2 liters of water is the role.... per day

  • I used to run at midnight when i worked, i find it normal youdo it when you can and then you sleep really good!
  • In case we break up i simply say "look do you really remember as i'm done ?" i'm sweet and caring...and if broke....also we ask for forgiveness (me and the team of friends)
