I ALWAYS am hungry just a few hours after breakfast unless I eat a high calorie breakfast - even though I do nothing physical. I've re-discovered an old trick of adding1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil to my Oatmeal and fruit that the hunger doesn't come back as fast.

That's what I'm doing - 5'5", currently 150. If I want to eat more I move more. Trust me that is incentive enough for me to go for a walk or run. 10,000 steps a day on my FitBit gets me a nice healthy dessert or snack.

W5D1 with Mom - she's doing GREAT, I just hope W5D3 doesn't discourage her. And had my first experience with a chafed lip. Apparently the seams are thicker on my fleece lined leggings. OWIE !

I gave up on MapmyFitness - after a while it took soooo long to open and I don't need a map of every walk I take. I now use RunKeeper and love it you can Choose to map a run/walk, but mostly it just give you times and distances and splits. Every time you work out - right down how good you feel after the workout - gets me up for those 5am runs every time :) I also work out in the AM so I have no excuses at the end of a long day AND it starts my day "in the hole" calorie-wise, purely psychological I know, but it works for me....

I just bought fleece lined leggings to run in this winter - super warm. I usually pair that with thin gloves, similar fleece lined, but loose shirt and light jacket. I usually am only out for 30 - 40 minutes. And a hat or hood if it's windy. I don't have a problem with cotton shirts, but I do like the moisture wicking…

I'm 5'5" - 150# and get 1310 per day. I usually earn about 250 more thru exercise and I get dessert those days. If I don't cheat I usually lose about 1 pound a week - I've been cheating a lot lately, but I've maintained so I am NOT unhappy.
