Another 5 miles on a fancy but hated treadmill in this fancy hotel Cannot wait to get back to my rural trails where I'm truly happy

Can't wait for my first half tomorrow! Been looking forward to this for a while! Will be nice to get some miles back in again. I haven't run for several days now, resting for this half (and because of sore ankles after the last run).
Oh, it's supposed to snow tomorrow. Starting just before the race. I've never run in the snow before. I'm actually kind of excited to have this be my first attempt.0 -

Nice 4 mile trail run this morning with 754ft of climb, bit of a lung buster but feels good now i'v done it. At first I was having trouble, but then I stopped focusing on how cold I was and just ran and eventually warmed up.This is the best and longest I have stuck with a challenge so far! Thanks guys!

Ran a PB of 25:56 at the 5k this morning. I did my first race in September after finishing the c25k program. Now it's just trying to get faster.
But I also need to keep my mileage goal up for November...so on the good advice from Stoshew, I'm going to get back out this morning for an easy 4-5 miles....0 -

But I also need to keep my mileage goal up for November...so on the good advice from Stoshew, I'm going to get back out this morning for an easy 4-5 miles....
