I would put it into the living room infront of the tv first. Maybe they get motivated when they start seeing results and have fun with exercising. After a while when they geht used to it, put the stuff into the Garage and they will go there :wink:

Every Saturday in the morning. There was a time I was weighing myself every day and I figured out, on Saturday when I get a lot of sleep and have had a light dinner on friday the scale Shows the smallest numbers :blush:

1. Calories 2. Carbs 3. Protein 4. Fat Here in Germany the Nutritients are displayed by 100 grams and by serving size on the package. When I have the choice betwen two ore more products I compare the informations for 100 grams and make my choice.

Last Weekend I ate everything I could geht into my Handy and I have loged just some of these things. The calories were so high that I bought some carb blocker and some fat blocker at the Drugstore on Monday (even though I do not believe that such things really work).
