Some months, I don't have any pain and others I do have it. Last month, I had awful cramps. It felt like my insides were going to fall out. I still went to the gym to get my sweat on but not as hard. Doing something makes me feel better. I always gain 3-5 pounds of water weight. I avoid the scale during that time.

I don't watch much TV but when I do, I do sit ups during those long 4 minute commercial breaks.

Elliptical does work! I've lost 15 pounds in two months using that and 45 to 60 min of weights three times a week too.

Slip of a dumbbell and it could fall on the poor guys toes. If the guy wants to be barefoot, go for it. If he breaks his toes from dropping a weight on it, he shouldn't hold the gym responsible.

People sweat on the carpet ya know. Considering carpets don't get washed nearly as much as tile flooring. Dude needed to wear shoes. Especially while lifting weights. Common sense.

Meh, on the clothing. As long as they don't wear very strong perfume that it will make me gag (thus affecting my workout), people can wear whatever they want! I once saw a dude doing weights with NO shoes on!!! He is asking for broken toes and a foot fungus. I can't believe no one on staff said anything to him!
