I used to hate cottage cheese, but now I love it mixed with fresh fruit and drizzled lightly with honey. My favorite combo is strawberries, blueberries, apples, and a few pitted dark cherries if I have them, topped with cottage cheese, light sprinkle of nuts or sunflower kernels, and light drizzle of honey. Yum, yum, yum!

I was wondering the same thing. I go over on the sugar every single day. But, I never add sugar to anything(I use Splenda sparingly). It is always the fruit that puts me over. Anybody have any advice on this?

I am a beginner too. I made a mistake when entering my start weight. I just entered it again with the correct weight and date. Then I deleted the bad entry. I haven't figured out how to post the goals in the profile yet.

Hi Jenna! I am 5' and 1/2 inch. I have always had a "panic" weight of 140 and would not allow myself to go above that. I joined weight watchers in Oct. 2009 at 139 lbs. Current weight is 125 and my goal is 109. I just left weight watchers and joined this site because I felt like I had hit a plateau. I had gotten down to…
