I have lost focus and NEED THIS! I just updated my current weight after refusing to acknowledge the 5 lbs I have allowed back on. I completely wasted March and April, so I now need to focus and make the month of May fantastic!

Two pounds a week. This should be easy but I have been struggling to consistently lose weight since I started my weight loss journey in January. I am hoping my posting this on a message board it will give me more motivation to succeed because I would hate to look like a failure to strangers! Any weight loss at this point is a good weight loss but it would be great to see the number under 260 for the first time in who knows how long!0 -

May 1st! Here we go! I plan on eating a cup of veggies with breakfast, lunch and dinner, and I am going to try to snack on fruit in order to meet the 3-5 fruits/veggies a day goal. Push-ups? Wow, I definitely will be starting with modified ones. I think I may have no muscle in my arms, lol. I am also making a personal goal for myself this week. I am going to try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night by going to bed at 10PM every night, and having no caffeine after 10AM in the morning. I have had insomnia for weeks and it definitely affects my weight and ability to lose weight!
