    This has been an incredible week for me as far as losses go. I started a modified Atkins on Tuesday and I've been dropping weight like it's going out of style. This is very reminiscent of my first week of losses back in December. Super excited about it.

    I have no excuses.
    Eating above calories + no workout = weight gain.
    I should have made time for myself this week, but I didn't. Even my husband was shocked when I didn't workout late nights. I made a commitment to this... I made myself a workout calendar that I must commit to. I would like to be 130 for my 37th birthday on Jun15, I know this is attainable. I just have to do it!

    So not happy with myself right now... I gained 3 lbs in one day!>!>!>!>
    Hope it all goes away again soon. I ate a ton of bacon wrapped bbq shrimp yesterday along with watermelon... But I just could not eat the crawfish they made yesterday it was way to spicy!

    What is the challenge this week?

    Hope everyone is having a better week then me, and I am looking forward to getting in a workout later :)
