Congratulations Everyone on the great week... Here's to a new week, and new challenges!
Challenge 1: Try a new food or healthy supplement ect this week...(ie vegetable, fruit, meat, bean, coconut oil, coconut water, flax, chia seeds, the list goes on... tell us what you tried and what you thought of it!)
Challenge 2: 10 sit-ups or crunches every day, whether they be assisted, with weights, modified... just do them0 -

This week I have been trying Muscle Milk Light after my workouts. I think it tastes great and gives me a boost of proteins after my workout without all the carbs or sugar.
I started a sit-ups challenge with some MFP friends beginning May 1st. We are all doing 100 sit-ups/crunches everyday during the month of May.0 -
I actually tried vanilla almond milk...I was skeptical..cause I do not like soy, and I thought it would taste the same...It taste YUMMY! I'm in love...
....and oh yeah...my abs are still burning from doing crunches with weights....0 -

I did great with my workout today--NOT great with the eating. Grrr...I just can't seem to get my mouth under control. Seriously, trying to lose weight under constant stress is just so HARD!!! Grrr...0 -

I've been doing the crunches but I still haven't tried something new... I guess I should hurry up because the week is almost over! Overall I feel like I've been doing really well this week... getting a lot of excercise in and eating pretty well. I hope this is going to be my week for a good loss!0

Have been doing my crunches, the later part of the week, and still trying to incorporate the 10 pushups. Haven't gotten there. But, I am doing 6 pushups non-modified. I mowed the lawn this morning and did some additional gardening and then my wonderful husband made homemade salsa! I think I'm going to have to do more crunches and pushups! YIKES! Fingers crossed for Monday's weigh-in!0

05/23: 138.8lbs not a great loss this week but it was a bad week I have been eating lots of junk and missed fitness center about 4 days in a row my daughter graduated this weekend from high school and we had a party and I ate cake and cookies and didn't find time for the fitness center hopefully back at it this week and will see bigger loss next week I also haven't been getting very much sleep lately:(
