    May 1st! Here we go! I plan on eating a cup of veggies with breakfast, lunch and dinner, and I am going to try to snack on fruit in order to meet the 3-5 fruits/veggies a day goal. Push-ups? Wow, I definitely will be starting with modified ones. I think I may have no muscle in my arms, lol. I am also making a personal goal for myself this week. I am going to try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night by going to bed at 10PM every night, and having no caffeine after 10AM in the morning. I have had insomnia for weeks and it definitely affects my weight and ability to lose weight!

    I'm definitely in again. I've been away all weekend and although I didn't eat much, apparently it was enough that I'm now right back up to my starting weight. Sigh.

    But I'm here.

    My goals--drink water, make exercise a priority, and stick to healthy food choices. No more "little bit here, little bit there"

    I didn't lose much last month, so I am going to make a wild and crazy goal this month. I want to lose the last 9.5 pounds! :bigsmile: I am going to step things up a notch. I am going lower on my carbs and I am going to add some HIIT to my P90X routine.

    I reached my goal last month and am really hoping for a number under 150 by the time May is over. I have just 3 pounds until my teenage son weighs MORE than me! Yippee!!

    I think my goal for this week is to drink more water. I was getting better, but last week it was only when I was working out... This week I will do it... 8 glasses a day!
