Avon had one that I used before. It has a day and a night cream. It did reduce the appearance of cellulite as it tightens the skin but it is only temporary. It was fairly cheap too.

I do!! Night time snacking is the hardest thing for me to not give in to. I do great all day then screw it up at night.

I have been debating the same thing. My trainer recommends the Fitbit over other brands but I cannot decide between the ONE and the FLEX. I love the idea of wearing it like a watch but the reviews show that the ONE is more accurate. I really want the FLEX so I have been waiting to see if the reviews get better with time.

I used Phentermine a few years ago and lost a lot of weight. I felt great and had tons of energy. HOWEVER, when I stopped taking them, I, too, felt like I had no control of what I was eating.
