This is like me. Which is why I'm trying not to snack at all during the week. It went surprisingly well last week. And a 300 calorie meal is pretty skimpy btw. I find when I have 500 calorie meals I'm not that interested in snacks or sweets. :-)

I swim at least an hour a day in the summer and remain (a bit) overweight. Actual heart-pumping swimming. On top of biking, walking, yoga, etc. multiple days a week. I wish it had a bigger effect on my weight, but I love swimming anyway! :-)

There's a hypnotist from the UK called Paul McKenna. You can find some videos online. He says to vividly imagine something disgusting about say the donuts your family has in the fridge. Vividly imagine they all have a big ole hair inside. Ewwww. Your mind can be tricked pretty easily this way. It's gross but it can work…
