  • Just did day 2, today. I am a little behind. I am going to do day 3 tomorrow and then get back on track with starting week 6. I am so excited about the progress that I have made so far. It's truly amazing to see and feel the difference each week! I hope you all can stick with it too. I know it's hard, but the rewards are…
  • Just completed Level 2, Day 3. It went ok. I am not very good at it yet, but I guess that will come with practice. Yesterday was a crazy day and I didn't get to do it, so that was sad. This week I am going to try to do it as much as I can. It's only 20 minutes, right? Keep up the good work!
  • I never thought I could do fifteen minutes, but then again I never thought I could do 5 minutes either. :-) Find something to entertain yourself (like when I was running outside, I just tried to enjoy being outside, looking at people's Christmas decorations, etc.) Don't think about the time. That's really hard for me, but…
  • Level 2, Day 2, Completed! Yay! Boy was I sweating! I am still learning all of the moves, so I know I am not doing all of them right yet. Can't wait to get to like day 4 and be able to keep up better. I know I'll get there. Thanks for all of the support you guys! This challenge makes doing the Shred a lot more fun! :-)
  • Yay! Me too! 178 this week....going to the 160s ASAP!!
  • Sorry, it posted my comment twice.
  • Just got done running....26 minutes straight! I can't believe it. I was just going to do the normal 5 minute run and then I just kept going. It felt so good. I am seriously amazed. I am not in good shape and I have never been a runner, but tonight I felt so good! Wow, can't wait to complete this program. It has been simply…
  • Day 1, Level 2, done. It was not as horrible as it could have been, but I am definitely going to have to push myself really hard to get all of the moves in. Some of them I was surprised I could do ok, and others didn't go so well. I just have to give myself time because I am still learning it. I can't do the timing right…
  • Hey! I have been doing the 30 Day Shred and would like to join this challenge. I have been under my calories for food over the past few days and have exercised and got my water in. I have PCOS and a thyroid problem, so it's hard for me to lose weight, so my goal is going to be 4 pounds over the next 14 days. Starting…

  • Done with Level 1. Looking forwarding to starting Level 2 tomorrow. :-) Keep up the good work everyone! The rewards will be worth it!
  • Day 8, Level 1, Done! Looking forward to starting level 2 by the end of the week. Love to hear everyone's stories on how it's going. Keep up the good work everyone!
  • Day 7, Level 1, DONE! I actually am to a point where I enjoy doing Shred. LOL, I guess that means I should go to the next level. JK, Anyway, I am going to do a few more days on this level and then go on to level 2. I fast forwarded through level 2 to get a general idea of what I will be doing. It looks HARD, but…
  • Starting Week 5 this week. Who else is with me?
  • Day 6, Level 1, Done! I am finding myself enjoying it a lot more and pushing myself more and more. Glad to hear the good reports from everyone else. That's encouraging! :-)
  • Hey! I was just wondering how many days you were doing each level? Since I started a little later, I was thinking of doing 8 days on each level, so I'll be done before Christmas. Do you think that's a good idea? I have done level 1 before, but never moved on to the next levels. Anyway, just trying to get a plan. Thanks!…
  • Level 1, Day 5. Done! Today I think was my best day at it so far. It actually felt good and I didn't feel like I was dying. Looking forward to the rest of this program.
  • Day 3, Week 4 Done! Can't believe I have been doing this for a month and that I'm almost half way through the program. I'll see you all in week 5. Keep up the good work!
  • Day 2, Week 4. Completed! Pushed myself (well, my husband helped to push me. ) Did two 10 minute runs today. I have never done that in my life. Wow. It was hard, but it feels good to have done that! We went 2.5 miles and I ran for 23 minutes and walked for like 7 minutes, counting a small warm up time. Can't wait…
  • Hi! I have been a member of Curves for almost a year. People say that it's not really that hard or that much exercise, but it is what you put into it. I have enjoyed it very much. It's not something that I dread or something that is so hard I hate doing it. It's actually fun. I sweat, so that's good and my heart rate goes…
  • Bump. I am also interested in low sugar/no sugar options if anyone has any.
  • Day 4, Done! I have to say that today felt easier than the past few days. That's encouraging! I was sweating pretty good, so I think that's good. I feel like I know what's coming up next so I don't have to focus on learning it, I have to focus on doing it all as hard as I can. Anyway, I can't wait to see the end result!
  • Just finished Level 1, Day 3. I haven't felt very good today and I wanted to skip it, but I knew I had to do it....so I did it and now I am glad I did it. Wow, this exercising stuff is really more mental than physical I guess. People have said that before to me, but now that I am really pushing myself I see that it's true.…

  • Finished Day 1 of Week 4. The five minute runs were hard, but I am glad that I actually can run for 5 minutes straight without stopping. That's something that I could never do before, let alone two it twice in 20 minutes! :-) Yay! How's it going for everyone else this week?
  • Day 2 Done. It seemed easier than yesterday, but still really hard. Can't wait to see results! :-)
  • Hi! Welcome to MFP. There are lots of women on here with PCOS. I also have PCOS and am 23 years old. Just don't get discouraged and enjoy each pound that's been lost as a victory. I have been trying to lose weight and it wasn't until I was able to get some medicine to get my thyroid under control that I have been losing…
  • I'm interested! Sounds like a good challenge!
