  • For those who practice daily for only small increments of time what poses do you do during that time? I am going to a 1 hour class weekly and doing zumba the other days but would love to start practicing a little each day after zumba also for a few min.

  • The Zumba 2 has the 3 level of classes: 30, 45 or 60 min. I have been doing the 45 min one and if I still feel like going then I just do a couple of more random songs. I don't have a problem with the belt and my remote fell out for the first time last night... but that was because I was shaking it super hard.. lol
  • I was doing the original dvd's and then went to the Zumba 2 for the Wii and find that the workout on the Wii is actually more challenging to me than the dvd's. I am going to take my first live class tonight... so a little anxious to see if it is the same or harder than what I have been doing.

  • Zumba 2 for Wii!! Not the first Zumba. The second one has actual workouts already put together for you in 30, 45 or 60 min increments. It keeps track of calories burned, how long you play, how many days you log on etc. The workouts are pretty much equivalant to the original Zumba dvds if not a little bit harder!
  • Can't remember on the first one but once you finish a class on the 2 it shows you your statistics for the class, calories burned, how many stars out of 5 you got, how many points and your percentage of the technique. It should be in the menu also so you can track what you are doing each day or every time you play it.

  • I had to actually stop the 30 day shred because of my knees really hurting afterwards. I am doing zumba and as long as I don't squat as much as the instructor I am ok with it plus lots of walking. That is where I get my cardio from.

  • Yup I used the link http://www.zumbacalories.com/ to figure it out since zumba is my workout of choice. The calories will vary for your weight and the intensity that you push yourself so you will have to adjust this number as you lose weight and depending on how hard you work yourself.
