  • I find when I'm hungry I get my hands busy and chew or suck on a piece of ice. It really helps! I am the same way about the eating, I stress get emotional or bored, so I started subbing out the food for ice or zero calorie gum it helps. Pick up a hobby that will help with it as well. I cross stitch to help.

  • I know! It sucks so much but I was told to take some pill to help with water retention but I can't remember what it was. Oh well, I will just keep going forward. Winter is when I stop with the water retention but summer it is there.

  • There is a bunch of exercises you can do while sitting! I have nerve damage in one leg so running is out for me and I don't have alot of money so I can't afford a gym. I do leg lifts, curls, a little walking every day, and clean...I'm a bit of a neat freak so alot of my burn of calories is just me hardcore cleaning!
