I hate water yuck! Thanks everyone and I am not complaining I am just looking for some help, I dont understand all the TDEE and BMR, just looking to be starting on the right track and working with the right amount of calories that I should be taking in with my stats.

Hi I am getting ready to turn the big 50 next month, feels like my metabolism is dead lol. I was doing WW also and I didnt lose a pound doing it I think its just way too much food but anyway welcome and add me as a friend if you need some help.

I tried so many but I found one thats great its Arbonne essentials and normally I like chocolate but a friend got me hooked on the vanilla, I use almond milk or just water and ice and add a tablespoon of peanut butter it really is so good.

I am 5'7 I am trying to lose at least 30 I am doing 1200 calories but people are telling me its not enough that may explain why I am at a dead standstill for weight loss. I upped my calories a little I guess its all trial and error.
