  • I disagree with this post. The perfect woman would be in the kitchen making sammiches for everyone. This joke is not based in fact my friend. It's hilarious nonetheless lol.
  • I'm totally in! I need the inspiration!
  • I don't eat before bed simply because if I sleep on food, then I'll wake up and have to use the bathroom and it interrupts my sleep lol. However, from the things that I have read, it doesn't matter when you eat, your body will still burn those calories regardless. The human body doesn't shut down when it sleeps so you have…
  • I would think that any exercise would be fine. Sodium is simply salt, and when you sweat you lose salt through that, so i would think that if you were to sweat a lot in a workout you would lose sodium. I'm not a doctor, so don't take my thought as the truth, but it's just a logical thought even if I may be wrong.
  • I have learned over my time on this site that the scale is the Devil. I personally suggest only weighing yourself one day a week simply because then you can gauge how you did that week. As the other people said, you weigh more in the evening, and you weigh a different weight every day. Hey, you've lost ten pounds already…
  • *sighs* I hate daydreaming about this stuff, it makes me hungry lol. I would have to say, any of the meat products, or anything in any Mexican restaurant, ever.
  • World of Warcraft sadly. If I'm busy playing it or doing something else, then I'm not thinking about eating. Sure, there are times when I really want to eat, but I have a cut off time from when I should not eat during the day and that helps me keep from binging. Man, when I binge, it's bad, but I have to keep remembering…
  • I just stared about a week ago, and I have to say that as long as you stay under your calorie goal and make sure you log everything, then you will be fine. You don't have to exercise unless you want to tighten up your skin as you lose weight or want extra calories added to your calorie count (which is my favorite part…
  • welcome welcome, and good luck to you as well!
  • as long as you are eating enough in a day to sustain your bodies basic functional needs, you should be fine. I think the site says something like 1200 calories, but everyone is different. If you are eating and feeling comfortable during the day without feeling like you are overly hungry then you should be just fine if you…
  • Haha, I in no way want to know, it's would scare the living crap out of me!
  • I actually saw a TV show on showtime called B.S. with Penn & Teller, and they did a whole episode on why people that are constantly all about how being fat is bad, is BS. It was actually really interesting because they had everything backed up with evidence and it was a very good argument. If you have Netflix and can…
  • holy crap! congrats! You are an inspiration to the people that have just made the first step to losing weight.
  • I have to say that I started a couple of days ago and I have been addicted to the site since I first logged on. The tools are great and there are a lot of items in the food database that are surprising. I've noticed the database on this site to be quite a lot more expansive than many other diet sites.
  • http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ This is another BMI calculator. I put my info and got the same results.

  • If I'm not mistaking isn't that what is called Calorie Shifting? There are whole diets just based on that technique alone.
  • I listen to Heavy Metal when I'm doing things. It gets me pumped up and good to go!
