What a great site!
But does anyone know if it will have a negative effect if I am eating WAAAAY below my calories in a day?
I feel like I have pigged out today and even had a couple of home made shortbread biscuts made with real butter and am wayyyy below.

as long as you are eating enough in a day to sustain your bodies basic functional needs, you should be fine. I think the site says something like 1200 calories, but everyone is different. If you are eating and feeling comfortable during the day without feeling like you are overly hungry then you should be just fine if you are under, but make sure you log every little thing.0

Thank you. That is kinda what I was getting at. I know in the past when I have dont Weightwatchers and other similar things I was really important to "eat your points" I have actually just gone and changed my goals slightly too as I was being a bit soft on myself. loll.0

I think I have opened it, but I also adjusted my goals so I didnt have so many to "spare"
Am really looking forward to getting into another day of it. I have just planned my meals for the day )0
