I'm focusing on my macros and calories. Are my macros good? 137-139g protein, carbs around 180-211g and fats 82g which I'm usually under anyways. Please dont tell me to go more on protein, lol I'm already struggling to get it upto 137-139g with the protein shakes.

I agree with you, dropping my carbs to 90 is too little for me. I tend to get lightheadedm can't focus and no energy. I'll go down to 1,800 and weigh exactly how much I'm eating and see where that takes me. Yes, those are my goals; lose fat and retain lean body mass.

By -TDEE I meant 15% less than maintence. My only concern is that I don't want my metabolism to slow down, and since my fitness classes are pretty intense then I don't want to create a large deficit that my body goes into starvation mode, that's the whole idea why I upped to 2,107 cals. Going below my BMR is bad from what I've read and I've tried it in the past, hasn't worked.

My cals are based on the amount of days I exercise so I eat the same everyday. And not always meeting my cals but close to. I go by how my clothes fit mostly not so much concerned with scale.

Can't I start eating at my TDEE for sedentary then when I do my cut and hit a plateau I'll just up to my TDEE of lightly active then do the cut for the lightly active?

Reaching 2101 is so difficult. I've run out of things to eat and I'm adding junk food in order to reach my TDEE. :/

I made a mistake. My whole routine takes 50-60 min. The second part that I do, the incline intervals takes me about 20-30 min.

For the past month I've been doing a lot of cardio. I do 20-30 min of interval running/walking on 0% incline and I go back and forth from 8.5 speed to 3.5-4.0 speed. I burn 200 cal doing that. Exercise varies every week but it's 2-3 days on average. I want to lose 30 pounds that's why I chose -20%. I'm 5"2 and weigh 155 lbs. Thanks, I'll check that out!

I was thin until I hit puberty then I started gaining weight. I've always ate healthy but my portions were probably larger, and rarely ate junk and almost never ate fast food.

I have read several posts. But to be honest I'm actually scared to consume more calories and gain weight and now that I'm back in school I won't have that much time to exercise except maybe 2-3 times a week. I just needed reassurance that even though on the days I won't workout I should still consume at least 1200 cal.

It's not that I can't but honestly I'm not even that hungry so I'm basically just eating to reach that number. I thought it was best to eat when you're hungry not just eat for the sake of eating.
