thanks all for input. I will review my weighing of foods, and try to drink more water a day, see if that helps. I am closing my diary again now. Thank you

I place my piece of bread on my digital scale, set the scale to 0, then spread on my margarine. 2 grams is what my scale reads. I have it very, very light.

Almost all my dinner including lasagne are entered into the recipe maker section with mince/cheese/sauces and all that weighed out. I do use a food scale to weight things in grams, and a measuring cup for things in mls. My cuppa tea is also logged through the recipe make and I weight my sugar, and use the measuring cup for…

In my drinks section where cordial is, that is my water intake for the day. 100ml of made up cordial, I add an extra 200ml of water to it, so the cordial is very weak, but I struggle to drink straight water.

when I started logging everyday and staying in calorie goal 35 days ago, i weighted myself I was 71.1kg. I weight myself a second time a little over a week ago first thing in the morning, and my weight was 71.9 So I didn't let that get to me, maybe water weight I was thinking. Weighed myself again this morning and it was…

All my meals are entered into the recipe section with right ingredients and weight etc. Even my daily cuppa tea i did in the recipe section with the right weight of sugar and correct volume of milk.

These are all my own recipes I have entered in my recipe section, with all the right brands of mince, cheese and weight etc

I too stated as a really skinny kid. Around 11 years old when the weight started to come on, and by 13 i pretty darn big for my age. I 100% didn't realise I was big, I still felt like i had always felt. But one night while laying in bed I heard my mum talking on the phone to my auntie, telling her how 'big' I have become,…

Fantastic job, It will be so exciting for you to see that scale drop below 100, A good way to always stay motivated is have small goals along the way of your larger goal. Good luck with getting to your goal!
-
Wow fantastic job!. You seriously do not look your age! If you did not say your age I would of assumed you were around my own age early 20's. Crazy, you look fab!

Well i end up getting a fitbit alta. I really love it so far. I wear it as a bracelet most of the day and when i sleep. But when i go out for walks with the pram i just clip it around my bra strap and it seems to track my steps pretty good from there.
-
I got fitbit alta. So far so good and i like that you can just buy replcement bands for them and change it out whenever you want. I got this one because it seemed most like the fitbit one but in a wristband style.

Wow amazing! great work.

Congrats to you to :). I am 6 weeks along. My first born is 2 years old, and i was obese during my pregnancy with him. I am currently in my healthy zone, but only just, just don't want to end up back where I was after this pregnancy so I will be tracking every now and then, but probably not every day like i did when i was…

1500 Is fine, i think it is best to try stay over 1200. I ate 1600 to loose weight. And now that I have lost my weight my maintenance calories is 1900

Hi Pam. Welcome to the site. Good luck with your goals. :)

Could be just water weight. Every now and then when u jump on the scale my weight will go up 1-2 pounds, but by the next day or 2 it will be back down again. It very normal to weight to jump up and down within a few pounds.
-
Pretty much stuck to eating 1600 cal a day (Weighed pretty much everything) And would do some sort of exercise at least every second day, burning around 300 cal, and would only ever eat back half of that
-
No, I never experienced that.
-
I have been taking it for years now, and never had a problem with weight gain. I got big before I started it. And have managed to loose weight while still on it.
-
They don't work, and can have bad side effects. Had tried them before myself. Lost no weight and had very bad headaches. Starting just tracking my calories, and sticking to my daily goal and lost 23 Kg (50 lbs)
-
Great work!. Congrats on your loss and good luck with your next goal!

Thanks everyone :)

Weatbix, Toast, Fruit, Cereal. So many options.

Counting calories is for loosing weight. Working out is for getting fit, and can help with weight loss if you burn enough calories doing it.

Still drink water when I'm thirsty. I just use coffee to keep me full (Usually 2 cups a day) like as a snack, instead of solid higher calorie food. According to that pee chart up there I'm hydrated enough lol
