Two weeks ago I did a old step workout by Jane Fonda that I used to do about 20 years ago. I remember it being challenging back then. However, after doing HIIT workouts like Insanity, Jane's step workout was actually too easy to count as my excercise for the day.

I search for zumba workouts and put a few 3-4 minute videos that I like into a playlist so that I have one full workout!

I love Dance Fitness with Jessica :) There are also a ton of full excercise DVD programs up on youtube that you can sample and mix things up with. I also love watching the before and after videos of people who have successfully reached their goals. It's a nice way to get inspired on days I'm feeling tired or unmotivated to work out. It was actually a Youtuber who recommended Myfitnesspal and I'm thankful for that. There are also some great free videos on iTunes that the pentagon put out called Get Fit for Duty. They have a bit of everything and I get some giggles out of yoga and pilates instruction from a big built tatted military guy :P The kickboxing vids are nice and really they've got something for everybody.

Fitness Blender! They have a website too, where you can input intensity, body part, time, etc... to get more specific workouts.

Keaira Lashae her workout videos are fun. They are dance workouts but you definetly work up a sweat. She has her own fitness channel superherofitness and she did some videos with BeFit.

I love Keiara Lashae. They're not all dance workouts. She also has some kickboxing, HIIT, abs, squats, arms ect vids too.

I have been watching two or three YouTube workouts a day for the past few weeks and haven't lost any weight yet. I think they're a scam.

Counting calories is for loosing weight. Working out is for getting fit, and can help with weight loss if you burn enough calories doing it.
