Watching this post with interest. I am very pear shaped. Have lost 16lb so far but most seems to be from waist up so makes my shape even more obvious. Would love to wear shorts but really cant ever see me doing so.

I find that I eat quite a small amount during day - 2 weetabix with milk for breakfast and one small salad roll for lunch, but have a lot of calories for my evening meal and always leave some for evening munchies. It works best for me that way as I always find evenings difficult if I am out of calories that day. I work…

New medication usually does cause nausea - for a few days, then it usually settles. In the UK you can buy something called Motilium - which gets rid of the nausea feeling. Sure you can buy similar wherever you live. If the nausea doesn't pass after a week - speak to your Doctor.

Hi - Im 43 and need to lose 2 stone. I have found the older I get the harder it is and also, my excess weight is now going on round my middle - which I know is dangerous. It was always on my hips and thighs before. I have several chins too (really selling myself here!) Really have to shift this weight once and for all…
