Need some help everyone. Just turned 41 last Friday. I got married this past June and was sooooo good at working out and watching what I ate, for the wedding. Then, this past fall, my husband and I decided to quit smoking (I know...yea, for being healthy) but I was also in the middle of taking classes at night.....and not…

I am starting today for my 1 round of 21 day fix. Very excited.

Me, either

I put mine in the fridge...hidden.

I'd like to start lifting (nothing crazy) to build my muscles and lose fat, too. Add me also please :)

Alexa, Was that 1550 net a day (i.e. you ate back exercise calories) or just 1550 period? Thanks.

Thanks. My goal is only 120g a day. Unfortunately I don't like fish...only shell fish (crab, shrimp, lobster, etc) Going to look for some higher gram options at the store today.

Add me, too. I've been a little off track the past 2-3 weeks :( I'm looking to lose my last 15-20 lbs. And I NEED to start adding weight training to my exercise routine.

Sounds like I plan. I'll be back from vacation and ready to get my *kitten* in gear on August 12th. I will do what you said and make sure I track accurately 100% for 2 weeks, so you can see my progress, etc. Thanks for your help.

I am not opposed to figuring out a standard amount to eat everyday (based on bootcamp class 2-3 times a week and strength training 2 or 3 times a week, once I start the "New Rules of Weightlifting for Women" program. I just want to make sure the calculations are done…

Thanks Nicole. This looks like a great recipe as well. Def. going to have to try both of them. Want to find some bars or muffins I can make that will help with upping my calories; without it being junk. Ya know ? Thanks again!

Thanks so much. I will def. try it. I LOVE that it is made with ingredients I already have at home :) Don't have to run out and get anything special.

I personally like to do it this way also. (Sedentary and then log & eat back any exercise calories I burn) My workouts vary from week to week. Some weeks I will go to bootcamp 3 times and burn a total of 1900 calories for the week, and some weeks I will hit the gym once for the elliptical and only burn 300 calories for the…

That's actually a good point and may help....to see the projected weight go up, from eating way over calories. I'm going to try REALLY hard to track at all times!! Thanks

Those are the answers I figured I would get. I think I need to start doing this, so I can see where little gains come from and hold myself more accountable for my results. (Even if the #'s do get ugly...lol) Thanks everyone.

You look great!!!
