Breakfast Bar or Muffins (high protein)
Anybody have any good/easy to make recipe for a breakfast bar or muffin that is made of good carbs, and a good amount of protein. Something that can be considered a "treat" at times, instead of my normal snacks. Thanks

What changes did you make (i.e. upped calories from X to Z, stopped eating ?, etc) to start seeing changes and start seeing the scale or your body change??

Hard time with Protein Macro
I have the hardest time meeting my protein goal daily :( No problem getting in the carbs unfortunately. Good ideas/help in higher protein foods??

5' 5", 146 lbs, Age-36.. Want to lose 15-20
Anybody with similar stats, etc. Just curious how many calories you eat every day, and if you track/enter your exercise calories in, and eat those back. Any other helpful info would be appreciated, too. (i.e. how much weight you have lost eating more, how long, etc.) Thanks

Upping your calories, so you can continue to lose.....BUT, not focusing on having to "eat clean", like some people advise. I don't mind fruits, veggies and low fat proteins.....but I do like to have my snack foods (in moderation) that may be considered "too carby". (i.e. low fat cheezits, Special K cereal, cheesey popcorn,…

Do you track your calories when you over-eat?
I mean like if you are away for a weekend or hang out with friends and throw caution to the wind re: food & alcohol; Do you still track, just to see how off track you got? Just curious.
