I'm 5'3 and currently 168 pounds. My BMI is 29 and I would say that my body type is curvy/hourglass figure. Everyone says I look fine now, but I realllly don't think I'm at a healthy weight. My true goal is to be 119 pounds, but realistically I would be happy at 130.
