I've been on MFP for about a week now. Just wanted to get to know a few people so maybe we could encourage each other. I'm hoping to reach my goal before my wedding next year.

Hi my darling daughter. You CAN do this! Just work hard. You will eventually find the foods that you can eat that will help you keep from being hungry. And you have to make sure to add each and every calorie you eat on here. If you grab a handful of some kind of snack, be sure to add it so you won't unknowingly go over for the day. Love you!0

Hey mama! I know I can. I just hate that I could lose it so easily before and now it's like I have to slave just to get five pounds off. I've been chugging water with my meals so I won't get hungry lol. Love you too!0
