It is a lot of weight, but I pretty much quit right then and there. No sodas, no fast food, no read meat, no added sugar to oatmeal, water instead of other drinks. I went cold turkey pretty much haha. Thank you :]

I use http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php I don't have anything to tell me how much I actually burned, but as long as I'm losing weight and not gaining, I'm fine with it.

AHH! I'm in the same boat. Last week I got really lazy and almost didn't exercise last night. Just write down how much weight you'll lose in a few months and imagine what you'll look like. It's such a great motivator!

they say it's bad because it has Aspartame that fake sugars have. But I don't care....yogurt has Aspartame too! So I'm not stopping. Just limit yourself though because it's linked to seizures and possible death if you have too much. But that's an everyday thing.

also, if you want to lose 2 pounds a week, you're going to have to amp up your workout to everyday (with some breaks). Do 60 minutes everyday and you'll be at your goal in no time! Eat right, exercise, and stay active.

20 weeks is 5 months. if you lose 2 pounds a week, that's 40 pounds....it's very possible!

fiber plus bars or fiber one bars are great and filling! I'm 19 and live on my own. Chicken is great. Salads with vegis. canned vegis, beans, soups.

I lost 2 pounds last week by eating OVER my calorie goal but working it off. when I was in "starvation" mode all week once, I barely saw any movement on the scale

I have a stationary bike. they say cardio is the best workout and you burn more calories
