Non perishable goods for a trip

I am going on a 16 hour train trip tomorrow night 8 pm until 12pm Friday. I want to avoid the dining car because aost all the breakfast items are cooked with a lot of butter and in the snack car it is mainly a lot of high sodium high fat junk. Any ideas on what I can bring for a snack and breakfast that won't spoil from not being refrigerated?
So far I have Raw Almonds, Cheerios and a Banana.

triscuit crackers, dried fruit, veggie chips, peanut butter/jelly sandwich or bagel with peanut butter, peanuts, etc.0

I take baggies with pre-measured quantities of my fav dry cereal. Also some fruit is always nice. And those little baby-bel cheese travel pretty well.0

Fruit, veggies, nuts, cereal or granola bars (gotta read what's in it though). I would pack sandwiches if you have a cooler0

I am loving the Kashi Protein bars. Granola bars, beef jerkey0
