is it still water if....
Can I sill count it as water even though I added a drink mix to it (i.e crystal light, kool-aid, Arizona tea, etc.)? or is it considered just a drink since it's not pure water anymore? *note.... this is strictly the powder that says you pour into a water bottle. no bags of tea, no powder you scoop out, etc.

I've been sick for two days and can't pull myself to exercise. I only had 975 calories today. Will I still lose weight? yes...I know I'm putting myself into "starvation mode" but it's too late to eat more.

I woke up at 1 pm -.- and got on the scaled and it said I gained 1 pound but I did 70 minutes on my bike and lost more calories than I ate yesterday (and I ate 1,580 calories). is the gain not really fat?

rice uncooked and cooked portions
so I had 1/2 cup COOKED brown rice for lunch....but on the food log, it only gives me a choice of uncooked. I used 1 cup UNCOOKED. I don't know math :O anyways....how many cups of UNCOOKED rice did I eat if it was 1/2 cup COOKED?

This is my 10th day on my new start to a healthy me. I got a scale on Saturday and realized I wasn't the weight I thought I was. So now I'm not sure when to log in my weight since I got the scale after starting the website.

negative net calories?
I slept in way too late and missed breakfast. well lunch was 168 calories, and I worked out just now and burned 291 calories. my net calories says -123 calories. did I really lose all the calories even if they weren't in my system?
