Calories lost from excerise....should I...?
I have a calorie goal of 1,480 everyday. When I list my exercise and calories lost, it tells me that I get extra calories to eat that day. Should I eat those calories I just burned or keep it as is? I want to lose weight and I'm new to this whole thing.

Calorie intake changed?
So I just exercised and put the amount in my exercise diary on here, and I went to check on how many calories I can eat (on the food diary) and it showed my daily calorie goal has been raised. my legs HURT!!
so I rode 12 miles on my bike on Saturday and I'm still sore (Monday) but I knew I needed to work out. I just rode 5 miles and my legs are hurting so bad! I just started working out again after 2008...it's been awhile. what can I do to make them feel better other than pain killers?
