Delicious dinner recipe! Sante Fe Vegitarian Salad

So I love making up new recipes and I've posted one for breakfast on here....so here's one for dinner :]
2 Cups chopped iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1 Hass Avocado
1/2 medium tomato (diced)
4 large olives (sliced into four slices each)
3 tbsp Spike's All Natural Santa Fe Chunky Salsa Medium
389 Calories
38g Carbs
26g Fat
16g Fiber
0 Cholesterol
415mg Sodium
*note
23g Fat were from the Avocado so it's not the bad kind. the other 3g were from the olives.
The salsa is the dressing so no need for extra dressing!
I didn't add salt or pepper. This is great for lunch or dinner! If you have it for lunch, add 4oz of grilled chicken seasoned with lemon and cilantro.
