I was using this website 6+ months ago. I was 240 and using this website, I went down to 220. Well I gave up. My moment was when I ballooned to 250 and I said NO MORE! I haven't been using this website but I went on today to see how much I lost in exercise today. Well on Saturday, I weight in at 209.5! Eating less and exercising. That's really all it takes! I was 250 in January and it's been almost 2 months since I've lost 40.5 pounds. My goal in June is to hit 200. So anyone having problems and you want to give up...don't. Don't be so hard on yourself. If you're tired of measuring, just start eating less. This is a wonderful website with awesome people. You all are doing an outstanding job :]

    That's a ton of weight in such a short period of time! Congrats on your weight loss and don't give up!

    It is a lot of weight, but I pretty much quit right then and there. No sodas, no fast food, no read meat, no added sugar to oatmeal, water instead of other drinks. I went cold turkey pretty much haha. Thank you :]

    That's an impresive loss. I also went cold turkey on soda/alcohol and chocolate. I think that has made the biggest impact to my loss as well.

    Thanks for posting. Great motivation to stay on track.
