when to log in the weight?

This is my 10th day on my new start to a healthy me. I got a scale on Saturday and realized I wasn't the weight I thought I was. So now I'm not sure when to log in my weight since I got the scale after starting the website.

You can start now. You can log your weight any time after that too - I usually do a weigh-in log every few days to make sure I stay on track. No worries if you missed a few days!0

I think you can also reset your starting weight and track from there0

Or you can edit previous entries, which is what I did.0
