I've been sick for two days and can't pull myself to exercise. I only had 975 calories today. Will I still lose weight?

yes...I know I'm putting myself into "starvation mode" but it's too late to eat more.

The way your profile is set up is that it gives you the amount of calories that you would have to consume in order to lose ____ lb per week, with or without exercise. SO if you have a 1200 calorie limit, then thats how much you would have to eat to still lose your weight. Even if you arent exercising, if you stay within the limits that MFP gives you then you should still lose weight.

Well, you shouldn't exercise when you're sick anyway....your body needs to recover and working out would probably only prolong your illness. (I'm sick too and haven't worked out since last week..waaaa). Every day I swear I will work out then next, but I have a chest cold and can barely breathe doing nothing. You may lose weight. I haven't been eating as much as should these past couple days either, but my appetite just isn't here so I understand where you're coming from. I wouldn't keep that up though.
