Healthy Breakfast recipe

Hey everyone!
I just made some breakfast and thought I'd share.

1/2 cup egg whites (I used egg beaters)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 roma tomato

83 calories
6 carbs
0 Fat
1 Fiber
0 cholesterol
236 sodium

you can add spinach too, which makes it even better!
