My husband, who has a compromised immune system, got his third shot today which was a big relief to me. We have been very careful to keep him as safe as possible but it is a worry. Our schools open tomorrow and it should be interesting to see how it goes.

Scammers. Today I'm irked by scammers who pretend to be my boss and ask me to buy gift cards for clients and send him the authorization codes. Can't fool me that easy - my boss would not be emailing me at 6:30 a.m.

I don't understand it either - I've never had a bad experience in a drive thru car wash and I'm not claustrophobic, it just freaks me out. My husband laughs at me about it and he was in charge of washing the car but he can't drive any more so my car stays dirty. Oh well.

I have to go back to the doctor's office to get more blood drawn after just having it drawn on Monday. Somehow the tests showed that my cholesterol went up 200 points in the last 4 months, so my doctor is pretty sure there is a screw up in the lab. Ya' think? I hate getting my blood drawn.

Yes, I know that but the entire door needs replacing so actually fixing the screen doesn't make much sense. Of course, I could quit moving "get new screen door" further and further down my priority list.

The screen on the door from my garage to the backyard came loose in several places. I need to replace the door but haven't gotten around to it. The screen is currently being held in place with staples. (Full disclosure, I tried duct tape first!)

I'm so tempted! My husband answered the door for one of them today (he's easily confused) and sent them two streets away to a house that's for sale. Bet that baffled them.

The house 2 doors down from us is the same color as our house. That house is for rent but they don't have the house numbers visible so people keep knocking on our door. It drives my dog nuts. I'm thinking of posting a "not for rent" sign.

Try emailing them from your iphone to yourself and then opening and saving on your computer. I have a sister who has the same problem and it is a good work around for her.

Trying to get motivated to get work stuff done since I'm taking next week off. Do not feel like working.
