I weigh in on Mondays! It motivates me to not binge over the weekends, also it motivates me to do well all week as if I gain I feel bad so I work hard, and if I lose I feel good so I want to keep it up!

This!

Personally I found level 1 and 2 easy, but level 3 incredibly hard. Because I found the first two levels easy I lifted heavier weights and modified some of the moves to make them harder.

First of all, your weight is your business and noone elses! Someone said to me after my recovery from anorexia (which lead to me being a little overweight), "Jheeze you looked better when you looked like death warmed up"!

30 days ago I couldn't lift my 2.5 lb weights for more than 10 minutes at a time, whereas now I can go an hour without stopping :D Time to invest in some heavier weights. Well done everyone on your victories :)

Hey, welcome to MFP, personally I think low sugar would be better than no sugar. Fruit is a different type of sugar, fruit is natural sugar and is a lot better for you. My Mum is diabetic and her nutritionist says fruit is very safe. I know people who look great and are on low sugar diets, however they also end up binging…

Insanity Workout? I loved insanity, so challenging.. is a bit on the expensive side, but if you can buy it second hand its always good, I did that. Ummm, some more of Jillians workouts? banish fat boost metabollism, no more trouble zones, 6 week 6 pack or 30 day shred etc?

Your post worries me a little, blue lips doesn't sound good at all.. I would go to the doctors. Get well soon!

I don't have an unsupportive family, however because I did used to suffer with an eating disorder, my Mum is a little skeptical about what I eat and what exercise I do. You are 18, you are an adult and it's up to you what you put in your mouth, I'd ensure them that you are doing this for health benefits rather than to lose…

I have done the TOWIE Essexercise DVD which is good as its only 20 min workouts. One is a dance workout, one is a boxing workout and the other one is a mixture of exercises. There is insanity too. I love insanity. I wasn't overly fit myself when I did the workout program, however it's quite expensive. (I bought it off a…

I would like to take part in this, as I need to strengthen my back! Where can I find it?

I have been through anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorders etc, so I know what you're going through. 11 days is AMAZING! And the binge doesn't actually look that bad at all in my eyes, it didn't go over 500 calories, and the foods you ate weren't exactly fatty. You didn't gorge on pizza, chips, chocolate and crisps, and…

Firstly, I'd like to admire your honesty. Secondly, wow! If you quit drink, drugs and smoking then you can conquer the world girl! I would like to add you as a friend, we could both support eachother?:) I'm in South Eastern England by the way.

I spend my day sitting at school, but I make sure I do a 1-2 hour workout when I get home etc. Good luck with your weight loss. x x x

'Mortuseon', I have been in the situation where everyone assumes that I've been participating in extreme dieting, because I've lost a lot of weight, when actually I've been doing it healthily. I guess I can see where my friends and family are coming from because they're scared that I've relapsed into anorexia & bulimia,…
