I'm almost 5'8" and I am aiming for 165/170. I was 150 when I got married 18 years ago and just don't think I could maintain that again. I started at 223 in January, so I think 165-170 would be a HUGE improvement.

This is soooo true. I tried for 3 months eating whatever I wanted but staying in my calorie limit and exercising 3-4 days a week and lost NOTHING. Then I gave up for 9 months and tried again.
