What I've found to help most was cutting out straight sugar. I used to eat A LOT of candy. A LOT! Now, I'm not saying I've completely cut out simple carbs. I eat what I like. My doc actually recommended Alli to me. Definitely worth talking to your doc about. I didn't take it long enough to tell you how it works, but my doc thought highly of it.

I'm 5' 5" with a large frame and very muscular build naturally. My target weight is 150 which is considered the upper end of normal for my height. With the muscle and large frame, I'd look too skinny if I got much smaller than that. Oh, and I'm a pear.

I agree! The immune system is built up by exposure to germs. I use hand sanitizer at times, but not compulsively. I touch surfaces without fear!
