I plan to gain muscle mass, but try to lose belly fat, I used to weigh 200lbs. I saw that I can't lose any more, but may be I like to have muscle than skinny. TDEE of me is 2170, with sedentary. I exercise everyday about 1hr-1.5hrs.

I use MFP apps on phone, so I dont know how to set it up for 5-6 meals, but I didnt eat everything for 1 meal, I eat at least 6 meals per day, I just log every thing I eat into MFP. So I will try to decrease my protein. But I dont know why I can lose any lb even I never eat more than the goal MFP + 2/3 my calories…

Thanks for all you guys. I plan to lost 10lbs more. I lift weight 5 times per week. So I should decrease the protein I consume, right??

Yes. MFP says that I need eat 2100 per day to lose 1/2lb per week, and I cardio for 1 hours and burn 500 calo, and 40minutes of weight lifting 5 day a week. So now I plan to eat down around 1800 calories
