I do hiit too i,ve had great weight loss and i,ve also noticed great improvement with my stamina to when i started i used to walk for 2 run for 30 seconds i now jog for 3 run for a min and a half and sprint for 30 i always feel great afterwards.

i have had 2 kids and had the same problem kettlebell workouts have worked tremendously i still have a little to lose but i can see definition in my stomach again!!

I workout with kettlebells twice a week i have be doing so for a few months they are fab love it soo much they strengthen ur core sooooo well .

Im scottish i live in airdrie near glasgow but i originally come from a small village beside stirling which is a lovely town visit stirling castle and wallace monument great days out to be had!

Im aware that oestrogen is a hormone and not a toxin. the green tea is just to get rid of other nasties. :)

i had my body fat recalculated recently and their was no difference to my thighs and i lost evrywhere else! the gym trainer said this indicates high oestrogen levels and reccomended i drink green tea to flush toxins out!

im sitting with a can of diet coke and the nutritional info says it contains 1 calorie is it different cos i live in the uk?

Hi i used to be a member of curves i enjoyed it very much . I think the trick is to go really hard on the machines for a high amount of reps :)
