I agree, I am starting to see that carbs (at least the way I was eating them before) are not my friend. I still eat carbs, but I am much more careful about the quality and quantity! It has made a huge difference!

Appreciate the differences. Don't get upset about anything that won't matter in 10 years (are you going to remember the socks on the floor, dishes in the sink?) This, except now with my plantar faciitis I have to wear shoes in my house virtually all the time. Also, if I am somewhere that I know it is customary to take shoes off I do with no problem. My brother's house is a shoe free zone. It killed my foot the week that I was there, but I did it anyways.

Some people find that after some fabulous losses they hit a plateau, if you are not eating back the exercise calories and you hit a plateau, try to and see if it helps. Make sure your body is well fueled for the energy you are expending.
