Your calories are going to be high, because your calories are mostly fat. So you throw calories out the window, and just focus on the carbs.

Thanks. I found some tortillas that are 6 net carbs. I think I might have to buy bread which is hella expensive because it's keto. I was hoping to make them to save some money, I do have fine almond and fine coconut. tried them both, I just can't with the gritty feeling in my mouth.

The cold makes them not ripen. Lemon juice or Lime will make them not brown. I would suggest two jars for two days keep the rest of the avocados in the fridge, and then pull them out on the 2nd day to make the last two jars.

Blueberries are not that good for keto. Yogurt has a lot of carbs too, but you can use it, just have to make your own. Store bought has TOO much carbs & sugar. They way I do it is add your carbs and sugar together, that yogurt alone is more than half your carbs.

No. On Keto I can eat all the (un-breaded) wings, and all the dip, ranch, guac, that I want. Also made Keto pizza so I'm good there too. I will have wine, which can get me off keto, but I will not stress out, Just get back on track.

I put two spoonfuls of instant coffee (bustelo(it's strong)) in my protein shakes (with ice). Tastes like a frappucino no sugar added, just whatever the low amount the shake comes with. Gives me a break in flavour too so I don't OD on the same flavor every day weeks on end.
