AnnPT77 Thank you for a great explanation. When I am full and don't need/want to eat the calorie deficit is much greater than 50 cal. I like the idea of nuts or peanut butter. That will fill up those calories easily. I am not loosing weight more than 1% ( another good to know guide line)...Thank you!

First let me thank you all for responding. I have opened my diet log for you. 6:30 am ......breakfast 9:00 am .....Snack 10:30am.... Snack 12:00 noon. Lunch 2:00pm...... Christina, thanks for the post, got it Heart Rate Monitor. For the last.2 1/2 months I have not been hungry...there have been a few days recently were I wanted to eat more (didn't) but nit really hunger pains. I guess I need to watch for when the weight loss slows or stops, and make an adjustment.
