Eating in Moderation has always been my go to. I have tried eating clean/paleo on and off but I have found for me it doesn't work so well. I also am a firm believer of "balance" and eating a good mix of foods that also can satiate cravings. Cheat day's become non-existent when you don't deny yourself food.

I do the Keto diet and right now My ratios are 60/25/5 (fat/protein/carbs)...I try to keep my carbs under 30g a day except for loading days then I eat a LOT to replenish the fact that my body has been denied carb based energy. Rule of thumb is this: Fat is not your enemy so long as carbs are not consumed in large amount.…

As far as equipment goes...you need either free weights OR resistance bands. A door pull up bar would be needed too and it shouldn't mess with any decorations in the house unless every doorway has some sort of wall attachment or shelf on it.. all in all you need about $40 of equipment if you go to your local sporting goods…

If I hit my goal by Halloween I plan as going as the Old Spice guy horse and all...so I will be sure to post pics..in the mean time my g/f (who is also on here) would more than likely be none to happy if I went around showing off all over the site :P

Thanks for the compliments everyone...haha 3 egg yolks in a burger is NOT a good idea...that is what my friends and I affectionately call something "Fat Chris" used to do.. Ummm my secret to weight loss was simple..get off my fat *kitten* every day and do some exercise while not consuming ridiculous amounts of calories and…

There is a "strength training" option that you can put for your cardiovascular...but it's conversion ratio is a joke. For 45min it is 250cals or something ridiculous....I typically just wear a heart rate monitor...then do an actual conversion then enter it with the "quick calorie" option.

Not at all! Good good good! so long as your carbs are low and your fat is high(ish)...you should get nice and lean with that formula. Carbs are not the devil..but on a high protein regimen they need to be on the lower side and fat and protein need to be higher. For my body comp I do about 250g of carbs a day with 90g of…

This might sound silly...but check out bodybuilding.com Most of the plans there are very high in protein and low in carbs. Typically if you want to find alot of high protein recipes check out men's fitness mags or cookbooks. I eat about 250g of protein a day and 120g of carbs and I got alot of my ideas from those sources.…

..but sadly I am not on a horse.

The body adapts to whatever you adjust it to....if you have been consistently eating under your matinence caloric intake along with working out your metabolism will adjust to that. ...this is what typically is called the Plateau Effect. There are a few things you can try...1) Zig-zaging your caloric intake...one day eat a…

I will shortly answer your question but give a long follow up...YES you should do P90X...but make sure you do the fit test and don't cheat on it. Can you do 5 military push ups with out resting? Can you do pull ups? Contrary to what a lot of people are saying...if you have never worked out seriously then I would NOT start…
