This might sound silly...but check out bodybuilding.com
Most of the plans there are very high in protein and low in carbs. Typically if you want to find alot of high protein recipes check out men's fitness mags or cookbooks. I eat about 250g of protein a day and 120g of carbs and I got alot of my ideas from those sources.
Short answer: Start making WHOLE eggs, chicken, turkey, lean beef, and fish your new best friend0 -
Just check my diary0

Thanks I didn't think about the men's mags but it makes sense. I can do all but the fish. I just can not get myself to eat fish. Thanks for the help!!0 -
I was on a six week diet plan years ago and the one thing I loved was a chilli recipe. It's basically 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can pinto beans, chilli powder & cayenne powder (if you like spicy) to taste and just a little ground beefalo. You can substitute very lean ground beef for the beefalo, rinse it after you cook it to take off any fat/grease still there. If you can take the vegetarian version and just skip the meat it is even better for you. Just eat 1/2 cup of this over something else like one of these: 1/2 baked potato, 1/2 sweet potato, steamed cauliflower or even over chopped up salad greens. Also if you are into salads, wishbone makes a terrific italian dressing with only about 15 calories per tbsp and no fat. I can use just 1/2 tbsp of it over my salad and I'm great (and I'm not fond of salads). Good luck!0
